Rescuing dogs is quite like choosing a dog via lucky dip, you never quite know what you are going to get. And in the case of this rescue, you can say with certainty that these pawrents got far more pupper than what they intended on.

Usually getting four for the price of one is a once in a lifetime deal that you would be loony to miss out on. And while this pawticular case of four for the price of one is incredibly rare and unexpected, you can say that it is likely to cost more than it is going to save money. Because in this story the one doggo that these pawrents thought they were rescuing quickly turned into four doggos who needed tons of love and care to make it through their first few days in their new home and young lives in general.

And what we love is that the pawrents who found themselves in this situation took it in their stride. They did not panic and think to abandon these doggos, they did not think to unload them all on a shelter. They took the responsible and reasonable route of caring for them, and making sure they went to good, suitable and loving homes. What more can you ask for?

Erm, yeah not surprising to say the least. Who on earth rescues a doggo and then has to immediately deal with the consequences of a pregnancy. Even though it is not all too different from the regular story where a rescuer does not know what to expect from their saved doggo, there is an extension and expansion to the care the rescuer needs to provide in this case. All for great reasons thankfully, but still it must have been quite the shock to come upon and quite a lot to handle all at once like that. But at least these hoomans were up to the task and were not going to give up on this sweet canine family.

Well, well the plot thickens dosen’t it. Who would have thought that a puppy can be lactose intolerant? Canine allergies are relatively unheard of and to be faced with one while also juggling the settling in of a rescued pupper and the delivery of a litter of pups is just wild. We cannot imagine the stress that these pawrents must have been feeling on an hourly basis trying to make sure their brood stays happy and healthy in their new home. But from the sounds of it these puppers could not have fallen upon more pawfect pawrents to help them through this fragile time in life.
